It is a wonderful toner for all skin types, which soothes, purifies, and creates radiance for healthier-looking skin.
As a toner: After cleansing, sweep over the face with the fingertips or a cotton pad. Follow with moisturizer.
As a mask: Soak cotton mask, or cotton pads with hydrosol. Place the mask on your face. After 3 to 5 minutes, remove the mask and follow with moisturizer.
